The Toto Report is a concerted effort to document and archive the institutional violence of New Jersey police officers  through gathered media reports, police media, and collective stories.

We take our name from the pig who was killed in the 1967 Newark riots. The police thought they could terrorize an entire community days on end and get away with it unscathed. The people had other ideas.

So long as the police in New Jersey and elsewhere in the world continue to exist, there can be no justice.
